Ingredients

- 8–10 oz cold water
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- Juice of 1/2 lime (or 1 lime if preferred)
- (Optional) 1 teaspoon honey or drops of stevia
Instructions
- Grab a glass (10 ounces or larger).
- Pour in 8-10 oz of cold water.
- Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
- Squeeze in the juice of half a lime.
- Swirl it around with a spoon. Add honey or stevia if desired.
- Include ice cubes if you like.
Notes
Best consumed in the morning or 20-30 minutes before meals. Avoid drinking before bed to prevent discomfort.
