Description

A refreshing homemade drink made with water, apple cider vinegar, and lime that supports digestion and energy.


Ingredients

  • 810 oz cold water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • Juice of 1/2 lime (or 1 lime if preferred)
  • (Optional) 1 teaspoon honey or drops of stevia

Instructions

  1. Grab a glass (10 ounces or larger).
  2. Pour in 8-10 oz of cold water.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.
  4. Squeeze in the juice of half a lime.
  5. Swirl it around with a spoon. Add honey or stevia if desired.
  6. Include ice cubes if you like.

Notes

Best consumed in the morning or 20-30 minutes before meals. Avoid drinking before bed to prevent discomfort.
