A fun and easy one-pan meal combining the flavors of a classic Big Mac with pasta, perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 cups dry pasta (shells or elbow macaroni)
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons relish (pickles)
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- Diced pickles, for topping
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add pasta and enough water to cover it; bring to a boil.
- Cook pasta until al dente, then drain excess water, leaving a little moisture.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, mustard, and vinegar.
- Remove the skillet from heat and mix in the sauce and cheese until combined.
- Top with shredded lettuce and diced pickles before serving.
Notes
Add more pickles for extra crunch. If the pasta feels dry after chilling, stir in a splash of mayo or milk.
