Description

A fun and easy one-pan meal combining the flavors of a classic Big Mac with pasta, perfect for weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 cups dry pasta (shells or elbow macaroni)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons relish (pickles)
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • Diced pickles, for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Add pasta and enough water to cover it; bring to a boil.
  4. Cook pasta until al dente, then drain excess water, leaving a little moisture.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, mustard, and vinegar.
  6. Remove the skillet from heat and mix in the sauce and cheese until combined.
  7. Top with shredded lettuce and diced pickles before serving.

Notes

Add more pickles for extra crunch. If the pasta feels dry after chilling, stir in a splash of mayo or milk.
