- 2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)
- 1 tablespoon curry powder (optional)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, sour cream, mayonnaise, milk, cheese, and curry powder. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a deep casserole dish and spread it out evenly.
- Top with breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until bubbling and golden brown on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For an added crunch, use fresh breadcrumbs. You can prepare this dish in advance and bake when ready. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
