Ingredients

- 1–2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1–2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 16 ounces cold water
Instructions
- Add the chia seeds and lemon juice to a large glass.
- Mix in the apple cider vinegar.
- Top up with cold water and stir well.
- Let the mixture sit for a few minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell.
- Enjoy chilled, optionally with ice or garnished with honey or lemon slices.
Notes
Adjust the amounts of lemon juice and apple cider vinegar to taste. This drink can also be enhanced with berries, mint, or lime.
