- 1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can diced green chilies
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 1 packet taco seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain the excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked ground beef, cheddar cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, diced green chilies, and taco seasoning if using.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the Doritos, followed by half of the beef mixture, and then half of the cheese. Repeat the layers, ending with cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve with toppings like sour cream, salsa, or chopped green onions for extra flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
