Description

  • 1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned, then drain the excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked ground beef, cheddar cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, diced green chilies, and taco seasoning if using.
  4. In a baking dish, layer half of the Doritos, followed by half of the beef mixture, and then half of the cheese. Repeat the layers, ending with cheese on top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
