- 1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Evaporated milk
- 1 can Diced green chilies
- 1 cup Cheese (shredded)
- 1 packet Taco seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, cheddar cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, diced green chilies, and taco seasoning (if using). Mix well.
- In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a layer of crushed Doritos on the bottom.
- Pour half of the beef and soup mixture over the Doritos. Add another layer of crushed Doritos, followed by the remaining beef mixture.
- Top with additional crushed Doritos and cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with sour cream, salsa, or avocado. Pairs well with a salad or fruit.
