Description

A tasty dish that combines cheesy Doritos with savory beef and creamy sauces, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 bag Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can Evaporated milk
  • 1 can Diced green chilies
  • 1 cup Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 packet Taco seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, cheddar cheese soup, cream of chicken soup, evaporated milk, diced green chilies, and taco seasoning (if using). Mix well.
  4. In a 9×13-inch baking dish, spread a layer of crushed Doritos on the bottom.
  5. Pour half of the beef and soup mixture over the Doritos. Add another layer of crushed Doritos, followed by the remaining beef mixture.
  6. Top with additional crushed Doritos and cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with sour cream, salsa, or avocado. Pairs well with a salad or fruit.
