Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs, then let them cool.
  2. Peel the shells off the eggs and set aside.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, pickle juice, mustard, finely chopped dill pickles, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cut the peeled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
  5. Mash the yolks with the mixture until smooth.
  6. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  7. For coloring, mix water, vinegar, and food coloring in a bowl, and dip the finished deviled eggs in the colored water if desired.
