Ingredients

- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup rainbow mini M&Ms
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the oats, chocolate chips, and M&Ms.
- Add the peanut butter and honey, then mix until well combined and sticky.
- Chill the mixture for 10 minutes to make rolling easier.
- Pinch off a small amount of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
- Place the rolled balls on a tray and chill for an additional 20 minutes.
- Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge or freezer for later.
Notes
These cookie balls can be customized with different mix-ins like crushed pretzels or different nut butters. They are nut-free friendly if you use sunflower seed butter.
