Description

Easy and delicious no-bake cookie balls made with oats, peanut butter, and chocolate for a quick and satisfying snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup rainbow mini M&Ms
  • a pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the oats, chocolate chips, and M&Ms.
  2. Add the peanut butter and honey, then mix until well combined and sticky.
  3. Chill the mixture for 10 minutes to make rolling easier.
  4. Pinch off a small amount of the mixture and roll it into a ball.
  5. Place the rolled balls on a tray and chill for an additional 20 minutes.
  6. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge or freezer for later.

Notes

These cookie balls can be customized with different mix-ins like crushed pretzels or different nut butters. They are nut-free friendly if you use sunflower seed butter.
