Instructions
- Wash the lemon and cucumber.
- Slice the lemon into rounds.
- Slice the cucumber.
- Add lemon, cucumber, and mint to a pitcher.
- Fill pitcher with cold water.
- Stir gently and let chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Notes
Store in a glass pitcher for best flavor. You can add ginger for a spicy kick or replace mint with basil based on your preference.
