A unique twist on your standard sandwich, using a giant pickle as the bun, stuffed with turkey, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and cheese.


Ingredients

  • 4 oz sliced turkey
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 oz sliced cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the pickle in half lengthwise to create two bun-like pieces.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on the inside of each pickle half.
  3. Layer the turkey, lettuce, tomato, and cheese inside the pickle.
  4. Close the pickle halves and enjoy your unique sandwich!
