Instructions
- Fill a pitcher or large jar with water.
- Add the sliced lemon, cucumber, and ginger (if using) to the water.
- Let it chill in the fridge overnight for maximum flavor.
- Drink a glass first thing in the morning and throughout the day.
Notes
For a twist, try adding a splash of yuzu or mint. You can also use sparkling water for a fizzy version.
