Description
A refreshing detox drink made with Japanese cucumber, lemon, and ginger, perfect for hydration and digestion.
Ingredients

- 1 Japanese cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 lemon, sliced
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, peeled or grated
- 2–3 cups chilled mineral water
- Optional: mint leaves
Instructions
- Chop the cucumber into thin circles.
- Slice half a lemon into rounds.
- Peel or grate a thumb-sized chunk of ginger.
- Toss everything into a large jar or pitcher.
- Fill with two to three cups of chilled mineral water.
- Stir and add mint leaves if desired.
- Let sit for at least 30 minutes (or overnight in the fridge) for flavors to blend.
Notes
Serve chilled with extra cucumber and lemon slices on top for presentation.
