Description

A refreshing detox drink made with Japanese cucumber, lemon, and ginger, perfect for hydration and digestion.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Japanese cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 lemon, sliced
  • 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, peeled or grated
  • 23 cups chilled mineral water
  • Optional: mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Chop the cucumber into thin circles.
  2. Slice half a lemon into rounds.
  3. Peel or grate a thumb-sized chunk of ginger.
  4. Toss everything into a large jar or pitcher.
  5. Fill with two to three cups of chilled mineral water.
  6. Stir and add mint leaves if desired.
  7. Let sit for at least 30 minutes (or overnight in the fridge) for flavors to blend.

Notes

Serve chilled with extra cucumber and lemon slices on top for presentation.
