- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Splash of oil for cooking
- Squeeze of lime
- Optional: salsa for extra kick
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry.
- Mix cumin, chili powder, paprika, and garlic powder. Rub the mixture onto the chicken.
- Heat oil in a skillet until hot but not smoking.
- Sear chicken on both sides until golden, about 6-7 minutes each side.
- Optionally tent chicken with foil and let it rest before serving.
Notes
