Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry.
  2. Mix cumin, chili powder, paprika, and garlic powder. Rub the mixture onto the chicken.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet until hot but not smoking.
  4. Sear chicken on both sides until golden, about 6-7 minutes each side.
  5. Optionally tent chicken with foil and let it rest before serving.
