Description
A homemade version of the Starbucks Strawberry Acai Refresher that’s easy to make and refreshing.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 teaspoon acai powder or puree
- 1 cup white grape juice
- 1 teaspoon green coffee extract (optional)
- Ice cubes
- Water or lemonade (to taste)
Instructions
- In a jar, combine acai powder, green coffee extract, and fruit juice. Shake or whisk well.
- Let the mixture chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes (optional).
- Fill a glass halfway with ice.
- Pour the acai mixture over the ice.
- Add freeze-dried strawberries and top with water or lemonade.
- Stir and enjoy!
Notes
Use cold juice to prevent ice from melting quickly. For a creamier version, add a splash of coconut milk.
