Description

A homemade version of the Starbucks Strawberry Acai Refresher that’s easy to make and refreshing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon acai powder or puree
  • 1 cup white grape juice
  • 1 teaspoon green coffee extract (optional)
  • Ice cubes
  • Water or lemonade (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a jar, combine acai powder, green coffee extract, and fruit juice. Shake or whisk well.
  2. Let the mixture chill in the fridge for about 10 minutes (optional).
  3. Fill a glass halfway with ice.
  4. Pour the acai mixture over the ice.
  5. Add freeze-dried strawberries and top with water or lemonade.
  6. Stir and enjoy!

Notes

Use cold juice to prevent ice from melting quickly. For a creamier version, add a splash of coconut milk.
