- 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1/2 cup Butter, melted
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 8 oz Cool Whip, defrosted
- 1 cup Strawberry Pie Filling
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the cool whip gently.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust and smooth it out.
- Pour the strawberry pie filling over the cream cheese layer and spread it evenly.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes before cutting into squares. Serve cold.
