Description

A refreshing mineral-rich drink made with Himalayan pink salt and water, said to support digestion and curb cravings.


Ingredients

  • 12 tablespoons Himalayan pink salt
  • Filtered water
  • Optional: Lemon, honey

Instructions

  1. Scoop about 1-2 tablespoons of pink salt into a jar with a lid.
  2. Cover with filtered water and let it sit overnight.
  3. The next morning, if the salt is mostly dissolved and there’s a salty puddle at the bottom, scoop a teaspoon into your glass.
  4. Fill up with water and chug, preferably first thing in the morning.
  5. Optional: Squeeze in some lemon or add a bit of honey for extra flavor.
