A refreshing mineral-rich drink made with Himalayan pink salt and water, said to support digestion and curb cravings.

- 1–2 tablespoons Himalayan pink salt
- Filtered water
- Optional: Lemon, honey
Instructions
- Scoop about 1-2 tablespoons of pink salt into a jar with a lid.
- Cover with filtered water and let it sit overnight.
- The next morning, if the salt is mostly dissolved and there’s a salty puddle at the bottom, scoop a teaspoon into your glass.
- Fill up with water and chug, preferably first thing in the morning.
- Optional: Squeeze in some lemon or add a bit of honey for extra flavor.
