Description

A delicious combination of barbecue sauce and Fireball cinnamon whisky, perfect for busy nights and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Fireball cinnamon whisky
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the Fireball whisky, barbecue sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crock pot.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 360-480 minutes or on high for 180-240 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  5. Shred the chicken in the pot and mix well with the sauce.
  6. Serve the chicken warm, garnished with green onions if desired.

Notes

Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts for best results. Adjust Fireball whisky for milder flavor. Add red pepper flakes for extra kick.
