- 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter and press into the bottom of the prepared dish to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until well combined.
- Add vanilla extract and heavy whipping cream, mixing until creamy.
- Fold in chopped strawberries gently.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
- Top with fresh strawberries before serving if desired.
Notes
Use fresh strawberries for the best flavor. Make sure your cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing.
