Description

This cookie dough recipe tastes just like the real thing but is safe to eat, perfect as a snack or dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons milk (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  2. Add in the vanilla extract and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the mixture. Stir until the dough forms.
  4. If the dough is too dry, add the milk a little at a time until you reach the desired consistency.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Enjoy the cookie dough straight away or store it for later!

Notes

Use heat-treated flour for safety. Store in an airtight container and enjoy within one week, or freeze for up to three months.
