Ingredients
  

For the BBQ Beef Strips

  • 1 lb BBQ beef strips Tender cuts of beef suitable for grilling
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

For the Roasted Sweet Potatoes

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon For seasoning

For the Side Dishes

  • 2 cups white rice Cook according to package instructions
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, chopped
  • 1 cup honey mustard dressing For salad dressing

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Rub the BBQ beef strips with smoked paprika and minced garlic.
  • Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, toss with cinnamon.

Cooking

  • Grill or pan-fry the beef strips until cooked through.
  • Roast sweet potatoes in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 25-30 minutes.
  • Cook the white rice according to package instructions.

Preparation of Salad

  • Chop iceberg lettuce and cucumber, and toss with honey mustard dressing.

Serving

  • Serve the BBQ beef strips with roasted sweet potatoes, white rice, and salad on the side.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat beef and sweet potatoes in the microwave or on the stove. Consider adding extra veggies to the salad for added crunch.
