  • 1 pound Baby potatoes Cut into even pieces for consistent cooking.
  • 4 cups Spinach, fresh Sauté until wilted.
  • 4 pieces Whole-grain roll For serving on the side.

Cooking the Beef

  • Sauté the beef strips in a pan with minced garlic and your favorite seasonings until the beef is tender.

Roasting the Potatoes

  • While the beef is cooking, wash and cut the baby potatoes. Roast them in the oven at 400°F (200°C) until they are golden and crispy.

Preparing the Spinach

  • In another pan, sauté the spinach until it is wilted, which takes just a few minutes.

Plating

  • Once everything is cooked, plate the beef, potatoes, and spinach together. Don’t forget to add a whole-grain roll on the side for a complete meal!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stove for a quick meal.
