  • 1 cup Steamed rice Cooked according to package instructions.
  • 4 cups Romaine lettuce Washed and chopped.
  • 1 medium Red onion Thinly sliced.
  • 1/4 cup Honey mustard dressing For the salad.

Preparation

  • Preheat the grill for the steak and set the oven to roast sweet potatoes.
  • Season the steak slices well before grilling.
  • Roast the sweet potatoes in the oven with a sprinkle of cinnamon until they are fork-tender.
  • Cook the steamed rice according to the package instructions.
  • Prepare the salad using romaine lettuce and sliced red onion.

Cooking

  • Grill the seasoned steak slices and baste with garlic butter for added flavor.

Serving

  • Arrange the grilled steak, roasted sweet potatoes, steamed rice, and salad on a large platter or individual plates.

Notes
