Ingredients
  

For the Juice

  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Use fresh or frozen berries.
  • 1 small apple Can be swapped for a pear.
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 whole lemon (peeled)

Preparation

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the juice into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

Serve chilled. Add ice cubes or garnish with whole berries for presentation. Store leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge and consume within 1-2 days for best flavor. Shake well before serving again. For added sweetness, consider honey or agave syrup. Experiment with adding spinach or kale for extra nutrition.
