  • 1 cup sliced strawberries Fresh strawberries, sliced.
  • 1 cup mandarin orange segments Canned or fresh mandarin oranges, segmented.
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut Unsweetened shredded coconut.

Creamy Base

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut cream Use Greek yogurt for a tangy taste or coconut cream for a dairy-free option.
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup Optional for added sweetness.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix the sliced strawberries, mandarin orange segments, and shredded coconut together.
  • Gently fold in the Greek yogurt or coconut cream until everything is well mixed.
  • If you want a touch of sweetness, drizzle some maple syrup over the top.
  • Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve in small bowls or cups, garnished with a mint leaf for color. Best consumed fresh, within a couple of days when stored in the fridge. Stir before serving leftovers.
