Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces oranges (peeled) Use ripe oranges for best flavor.
  • 1 piece carrot
  • 0.5 piece lemon (peeled) Use ripe lemons for best flavor.
  • 1 inch turmeric (or 1/2 tsp turmeric powder) Fresh turmeric is preferred.
  • 1 cup water

Preparation

  • Peel the oranges and lemon, and chop the carrot.
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Strain if desired, and serve chilled.

Notes

For a sweeter juice, add honey or agave syrup. Add spinach or kale for extra nutrition. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 24 hours. Shake well before drinking.
