  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained Make sure to drain well to avoid sogginess.
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup grapefruit segments

Other Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream Can swap Greek yogurt for whipped cream for a different flavor.
  • 1 tbsp honey Adjust to taste for sweetness.

Preparation

  • Toss together the mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, and grapefruit segments in a large bowl.
  • Fold in the shredded coconut and Greek yogurt or sour cream.
  • Drizzle with honey and mix well.
  • Chill it in the fridge before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed chilled. Leftovers should be stored in an airtight container in the fridge and consumed within 2 days for optimal freshness. Adding nuts can provide extra crunch.
