  • 1 pound Grilled beef strips
  • 2 medium Sliced carrots
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce Chopped
  • 1 medium Sliced avocado
  • 1 cup Cashews Chopped or whole as per preference

Preparation

  • Grill the beef strips until cooked through.
  • In a large bowl, combine sliced carrots, romaine lettuce, and sliced avocado.
  • Add the grilled beef strips on top.
  • Sprinkle with cashews.
  • Toss gently and serve immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within a couple of days for best freshness. You can add a dressing like light vinaigrette or lemon juice if desired.
