Preparation

  • Begin by chopping the broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  • Slice the hard-boiled eggs and avocado.
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes and yellow cherry tomatoes.

Mixing

  • In a large salad bowl, combine the broccoli, hard-boiled eggs, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes, cooked shrimp, sweet corn, blueberries, and snap peas.
  • Toss gently to mix the ingredients.

Serving

  • Serve the salad fresh or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
