  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1/2 unit avocado, sliced

  • 1 tbsp olive oil For sautéing

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce or coconut aminos Use coconut aminos for a gluten-free option

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Toss in the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until they turn pink.
  • Add the broccoli florets and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the broccoli is bright green.
  • Drizzle the dish with soy sauce or coconut aminos, then plate with sliced avocado.

Notes

Serve this stir-fry warm. It pairs well with rice or quinoa for a fuller meal. If you have leftovers, let the stir-fry cool down, then store it in an airtight container.
