  • 1/2 cup mango chunks Use frozen for an extra chilly smoothie.
  • 1/2 piece banana
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk Adjust for a thicker or thinner consistency.
  • 2 tbsp oats Can increase for a thicker smoothie.
  • 1 tsp honey Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • as needed pieces Ice cubes Add for a chilled smoothie.

  • Blend all ingredients together until creamy and smooth.

Notes

Serve your smoothie in a tall glass, optionally garnished with a slice of mango or a sprinkle of oats. Best consumed fresh, but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Shake or stir before drinking to mix any separation.
