  • 1 cup Grilled chicken breast, diced Use leftover grilled chicken for a quicker meal.
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium Avocado, diced
  • 2 large Boiled eggs, chopped

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon dressing Keep separate until serving to avoid sogginess.

Notes
