  • 1 cup Brown or white rice Cook according to package instructions.
  • 2 pieces Grilled chicken breast Grill until golden and cooked through.
  • 2 cups Steamed broccoli Fresh broccoli, steamed until tender.
  • 2 pieces Roasted carrots Roasted until tender.
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic butter sauce Drizzle on top before serving.

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Cook the brown or white rice according to the package instructions.
  • While the rice cooks, grill the chicken breast until golden and cooked through.
  • Steam the fresh broccoli and roast the carrots until they are tender.

Assembly

  • Layer the cooked rice in a bowl.
  • Top it with the grilled chicken.
  • Add the steamed broccoli and sprinkle the roasted carrots on top.
  • Drizzle with garlic butter sauce and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to swap out veggies according to available ingredients, use leftover grilled chicken to save time, and experiment with different sauces for added flavor. Can substitute garlic butter sauce with soy sauce or teriyaki.
