  • 1/2 cup canned chickpeas Drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For tossing
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika Adjust to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, toss the cauliflower florets and chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  • Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
