  • 2 cups fresh spinach Use fresh spinach for the best flavor.
  • 1 clove garlic, minced Minced for better flavor release.
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing.
  • 1 squeeze lemon juice To enhance flavor.

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and the drained chickpeas. Sauté them until they turn golden.
  • Toss in the fresh spinach and sprinkle the red pepper flakes over the top.
  • Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice to make everything pop with flavor.

Notes
