  • Ice cubes Ice cubes Add for a refreshing chill.
  • A pinch cinnamon For garnish.

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine the orange juice, mango chunks, Greek yogurt, turmeric powder, honey (if using), and a handful of ice cubes.
  • Blend everything together until it’s smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top for a little extra flavor.

Notes

This smoothie is best served right away while cold. Adjust sweetness and spice as desired. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
