  • 1 cup Edamame
  • 2 cups Red cabbage, shredded
  • 4 scallions Scallions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce Use fresh or store-bought
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds For garnish

Cooking

  • Sauté the cauliflower rice along with the edamame and red cabbage in a pan until they are tender and bright.
  • Pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir everything together until well mixed.
  • Finally, garnish your bowl with sesame seeds and sliced scallions. Enjoy your tasty meal!

Notes

Chop the veggies small for even cooking. Serve warm, solo or with grilled chicken/tofu. A slice of lime adds a fresh zing. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
