Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 200 grams Tofu Press to remove excess moisture before cooking.
  • 1 cup Broccoli Fresh or frozen works great.
  • 1 cup Bell peppers Use any variety you like.
  • 1 medium Onion Use yellow or red onion for sweetness.
  • 2 cups Steamed jasmine rice Fluffy and serves as the base of the dish.

Garnishes & Flavorings

  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds For garnish.
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce Add extra on the side for serving.

Instructions
 

Cooking

  • Pan-sear the tofu in a skillet until it turns golden brown.
  • Add in the broccoli, bell peppers, and onions, and stir-fry until they are bright and tender.
  • Serve the seared tofu on a plate with the stir-fried vegetables.
  • Pair with fluffy steamed jasmine rice.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and a splash of soy sauce before serving.

Notes

Press tofu before cooking to remove extra moisture. You can swap in any vegetables you have on hand. For extra heat, add chili sauce or fresh peppers.
