  • 1 small orange, peeled
  • 1/2 piece mango
  • 1/2 cup coconut water

Preparation

  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth.
  • If you prefer a thinner consistency, you can strain it.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy.

Notes

Serve chilled for the best taste. Add a slice of fruit on the rim of the glass for decoration. This drink can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours but is best enjoyed fresh. Use frozen fruit for a colder, thicker smoothie. You can add other fruits like bananas or berries for extra flavor or sweeten it with honey or agave syrup.
