  • 1 cup yogurt Use your favorite yogurt, whether it's dairy or plant-based.

Toppings

  • 1/2 cup granola Add just before serving to maintain crunch.
  • 1 kiwi, sliced Use ripe kiwi for best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup diced mango Fresh mango is recommended.
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries Choose ripe strawberries for sweetness.
  • 2 tbsp mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews) Feel free to substitute with nuts of choice.

Preparation

  • Start by adding yogurt to a bowl. Make it nice and smooth at the bottom.
  • Sprinkle granola over the top for that lovely crunch.
  • Arrange your sliced kiwi, diced mango, and strawberries on top of the yogurt.
  • Finish it off with a handful of mixed nuts for that extra crunch and protein!

Notes

You can store components separately in the fridge. Add granola and nuts just before serving to keep crunch.
