  • 1 Cucumber, chopped
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt dressing For the salad

Cooking the Turkey and Rice

  • Sauté the ground turkey in a pan with diced onions and bell peppers until everything is cooked through.
  • Cook the rice according to the package instructions for a perfect side.

Preparing the Cauliflower and Salad

  • Meanwhile, steam the cauliflower and then mash it with garlic and butter until it's creamy.
  • For a refreshing salad, chop the cucumber and cherry tomatoes, then mix them with yogurt dressing.

Serving

  • Serve the sautéed turkey next to the mashed cauliflower and rice, with the salad on the side.

Notes

Feel free to add your favorite spices to the turkey for extra flavor. For a smoother texture, blend the cauliflower instead of mashing it. You can swap the vegetables based on what you have at home.
