  • 1 piece Tomahawk steak Cook to desired doneness (medium rare or medium)

For the Mozzarella Sticks

  • 8 sticks Mozzarella sticks Fry in oil until golden brown
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil For frying

For the Spicy Dipping Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Hot sauce Adjust based on heat preference
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Honey For sweetness

Instructions
 

Cooking the Steak

  • Cook the tomahawk steak to your desired doneness—medium rare at 135°F (57°C) or medium at 145°F (63°C).
  • After cooking, let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Frying the Mozzarella Sticks

  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Fry the mozzarella sticks in batches until golden brown, approximately 2-3 minutes each.
  • Remove them and let them drain on paper towels.

Making the Dipping Sauce

  • In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, hot sauce, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, and honey.
  • Stir well and add salt and pepper to adjust taste.

Serving

  • Plate your delicious tomahawk steak next to the crispy mozzarella sticks.
  • Serve the spicy dipping sauce on the side.
