  • 2 cups Broccoli, chopped Fresh
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced Fresh
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced Fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced Fresh

Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce Low sodium if preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil For cooking

Cooking

  • Heat a pan or wok over medium heat.
  • Add a little sesame oil and toss in the broccoli, carrots, and mushrooms.
  • Sauté the veggies until they are tender-crisp.
  • Add minced garlic and stir-fry for another minute.
  • Drizzle soy sauce over the veggies and mix well.
  • Cook for a few more minutes until everything is hot.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your delicious stir-fry!

Notes

You can customize it with any veggies you have at home. Add a sprinkle of sesame seeds or chopped green onions for extra flavor! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
