  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled and cubed Use ripe mangos for the best flavor.
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 pint strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 pint blackberries
  • 1 pint raspberries
  • 1 pint cherries, pitted
  • 1 pint blueberries
  • 1 bunch seedless grapes, washed and de-stemmed
  • to taste Fresh mint leaves for garnish Use for an elegant and refreshing garnish.

Preparation

  • Wash all fruit thoroughly.
  • Hull and halve the strawberries, slice the kiwis, cube the mangos, and pit the cherries.

Assembly

  • Start with the mango cubes, placing them in two vibrant clusters on opposite sides of your serving dish.
  • Arrange kiwi slices in a neat line down the middle for a bright pop of green.
  • Place halved strawberries near the mango, followed by small sections of blackberries, raspberries, cherries, and blueberries.
  • Use the seedless grapes to complete the arrangement, filling any empty spaces.
  • Sprinkle fresh mint leaves for an elegant and refreshing garnish.

Notes
