  • 1 ½ cups fresh watermelon chunks Use chilled watermelon for an extra refreshing drink.
  • 1 lime Juice of 1 lime Adjust lime juice to taste.
  • ½ cup coconut water or regular water
  • ½ teaspoon honey (optional) Add more for a sweeter flavor.
  • as needed Ice cubes (optional) Add ice for extra chill.

  • Start by placing all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.

Notes

This drink is best served cold. Garnish with a slice of lime or a sprig of mint for a beautiful touch. Store leftovers in the fridge for a day, shaking before drinking as it may separate.
