  • 1 unit cucumber
  • 1 handful fresh mint leaves Adjust based on taste preference.
  • 1/2 unit lime, peeled

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine the watermelon, cucumber, mint leaves, and lime.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Strain the mixture into a pitcher to remove pulp if desired.
  • Serve chilled, garnished with additional mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Stir before serving again. For a fizzy twist, add a splash of sparkling water before serving.
