  • 8 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 1 can Black beans Drained and rinsed
  • 2 medium Avocado Ripe, mashed
  • 1/2 cup Red onion Chopped
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro Chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice Freshly squeezed

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Warm your corn tortillas in a pan or microwave until they are soft and flexible.
  • Mash the avocado in a bowl until it's nice and creamy.
  • Layer the mashed avocado onto each tortilla.
  • Add a spoonful of black beans on top of the avocado.
  • Sprinkle some chopped red onion and fresh cilantro over the beans.
  • Finally, squeeze some lime juice over everything for a zesty kick!

Notes

Serve these tacos fresh, right after making them. Store leftovers separately in airtight containers; best eaten the same day. For added heat, consider adding jalapeƱos or hot sauce.
